The Minnesota Constitution, the U.S. Constitution, Minnesota Statutes, Rules of Civil/ Criminal Procedure, and the Oath of Office mean nothing to these wrongdoers. The Constitution of Minnesota, Article I, Section I, states that "The object of government is for the security, benefit and protection of the people." The 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America provides for "The right of the people to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Triemert, along with many others have been denied these rights by said Washington County Officials/ Employees operating corruptly and criminally in Washington County, Minnesota.
An online legal dictionary defines corrupt as "having an unlawful or evil motive; especially characterized by improper and usually unlawful conduct intended to secure a benefit for oneself or another." This description properly defines said Washington County Officials/ Employees.
The actions of people who are law enforcement officers, county prosecutors, administrators, judges, and lawyers who work for or with Washington County, Minnesota, bring shame on the legal system. Said Washington County Officials/ Employees have conspired to violate laws, and the rights of Triemert and others.
Said County Officials/ Employees have used their offices to commit crimes and attempt to shield themselves and their fellow racketeers from indictment and civil liability. They operate in the spirit of being above statutory law, above karmic and/ or supernatural law.
Said Washington County Officials/ Employees commit a wide variety of crimes and wrongdoing’s that are not acts that they are authorized to do in their jobs. They commit acts that are specifically and undeniably prohibited in their roles.
Said officials and employees purporting to be law enforcement officers, prosecutors, judges, lawyers, administrators, public officers, and elected public officials ignore the facts; invent their own facts; intentionally misinterpret statutes to deceive others; ignore Federal laws; ignore State laws; commit perjury by making statements under oath that they know to be false; entice others to commit perjury by making statements under oath that they know to be false; conspire to violate parties’ civil rights in any way they may choose; tamper with evidence; commit obstruction of justice; deny access to the courts; and trample the Constitutional rights of litigants without a care. They manipulate the law enforcement, prosecution, and judicial systems in Washington County to deprive parties such as Triemert and others of their legal and Constitutional rights. They commit criminal acts as if they are just conducting normal everyday business.
Washington County supports the dishonest, illegal, unlawful, corrupt, criminal, and unjust activities of its law enforcement, prosecution, and judicial officers and allows it to continue. Their legal "system" systematically strips parties of their property and civil/ legal rights and any form of valid recourse of an aggrieved citizen. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office, County Attorney’s Office, and the Tenth District Court ignore valid criminal complaints made by citizens, they claim there is no proof when there is plenty, obstruct the delivery of criminal complaints sent Certified/ Restricted Delivery through US Mail, and block valid complaints of public corruption from reaching the grand jury. Aggrieved citizens have no recourse. The present Washington County legal system is "fixed" to sustain the County’s interest in this criminal enterprise and to preserve the mantra for their intentional dumbing-down of us citizens that "You Can’t Fight City Hall."
It’s time to wake up, PEOPLE! Shake off the fluoride (the main ingredient in Prozac) the "industrial toxic waste" bi-product that Washington County allows to be deliberately added to our tap water to make WE THE IDIOTS docile - http://www.fluoridealert.org - and call or write your Washington County Commissioner, James Schug, before he retires in January of 2012 (for no apparent reason other than he may now see the writing on the wall, and is being sued in federal court by Triemert, CV-11-2351) before he slips off into obscurity and walks away unscathed with all of his knowledge of Washington County’s transgressions against its citizens. Call him out on the Criminal Complaints provided above, or with your own concerns, before Washington County shuffles the deck and replaces James Schug with a new minion who will come fully equipped with plausible deniability.
A Washington County Attorney’s Office prosecutor was recently quoted to have stated:
"Most of the people over in county jail should be set free
and nearly everyone working in the County Attorney’s Office should be locked up."
